help with localhost v62 hd client ! .

hello everyone i need help i cant make a hd localhost v62 myself and cant find hd localhost for v62 any whare ! can some one help me to make one or send it to me i got a copy of hd localhost v62 but cant find the ip to change i need the ip to be 127.0.0.1
if some one can make that hd localhost v62 to ip 127.0.0.1 only .
can some one edit it and send it to me please .

Use STREDIT to change the IP. If this is the saga exe and you are ms, you can't do this on a packed .exe.

it is not a exe file stredit open it but still dont know how to force 1 ip it mind to help me out ? =\ or help me find hd localhost for v62 or how to downgrade v83 localhost to v62 ?
