Help with run server

Hello i try to make my first server but have problem.

I do all like in tutorial but i cant run Link 01 And Link 02
when i run this automatically turns off

Please help

Let me give you some hints.

*Warning*
When you go to hex edit the ip in the main.exe your ip can only be 10 characters long so if you have more then characters i recommend you use NO-IP to make it 10 characters

Main.exe you can either use Global IP Or NO-IP if you use you ipv4 address it make it local host



Also. Run all the programs as administrator.

I have problem only with this Files Link 1 and Link 2 when i run this files automatically turns off
I try with Administrator and Normal, but i have problem with run that files in other server files too :c

I have Antivirus AVG but its OFF
