Help with .smd file

So i looked at all forums about importing .smd file into blender, 3ds max and milkshape3d. Everytime the model doesnt show up, comes with an error message. In blender i get source tools error report- warning: unrecognized/invalid smd file. import will proceed, but may fail! In Milkshape3d theres no model. In 3ds max theres an error. Anyone can help.

what u mean u cant? just upload it somewhere like medaifire/mega/sendspace etc... and PM me if u want to keep it private.
