Help with SQL.dll

Rewrite it from scratch? (native API is completely different) Or use with his Linux VM. (and good ODBC driver?)

--- EDIT ---
BTW... since you asked, and I was looking at it again not so long ago... API details for SQLDll.dll and Clan.dll ... as far as I can be sure of:-

Clan.dll
Code:
cdecl ClanPointInsert (arg1 ... 5)
cdecl ClanUserMarkNum (arg1 ... 2)
cdecl ClanUserTicKets (arg1... arg7)

ClanUserTicKet
ClanUserLevel
GetClanIDX
GetClanMainIDX
GetClanSubIDX
GetServerName
GetTicket
SQLDll.dll
Code:
void? __cdecl CharLog (arg1 ... 10)
	eg. CharLog(x, x, x, x, x, lpszSvrName, x, x, x, [1-3])
	This is actually 3 routines with a similar template of arguements.

void? CharRecordLog (arg1 ... 11)
	again, last parameter is action index, 6th is server name.
	seems to be associated with character delete.

	Possible actions for these functions:-
	1 = Add character. (PristonSQLDll.SQLDelCharProcess)
	2 = Delete character. (PristonSQLDll.SQLAddCharProcess)
	3 = Character logout? (PristonSQLDll.SQLLogoutProcess)

void? ?? ClanMoney ??
void? GetGPCode (void)
void? __cdecl LogITEMPostRecord (arg1, arg2)
void? __cdecl LogITEMRecord (arg1, arg2)
void? __cdecl LogITEMTradeRecord (arg1, arg2)
int __cdecl PCRNoReservProduct(arg1, arg2)
struct __cdecl PCSearchReserve (arg1 ... 9)
struct __stdcall PCUse (arg1 ... 6?) // arg3 is always 0x845A40
void? __cdecl SQLLogon (arg1 ... 9)
void? __cdecl SQLLogout (arg1 ... 8)
void ServerDown (void)
void ServerExit (void)
void? __cdecl SiegeMoney (arg1 ... 5)
void __cdecl WithSOD2RecordRanks (arg1 ... 13)

My guess is that the unused exports are imported into ASP or such on official servers... I doubt exports like "Hello" are used for anything but testing though. XD

My general notation is that single question mark following a keyword (eg. void?) suggests there's something that still shakes my confidence in that interpretation, but that's what it seems to be doing. Double question marks where a keyword should be (eg. void ?? function(arg1...9)) means I either have completely conflicting evidence for what that keyword should be, or have no evidence one way or another.

Incomplete but... *gift*. :D: (so you can't complain) I do that, you see. :wink:

Nothing will help you with that. Stop searching. What I posted is more information than has ever been provided to "help create a new dll for connecting to mysql" here before. (and that's not saying much, except that there is very little documentation.

If the link to Vormavs' shared (but not *yet* documented) MySQL dlls are no good for you, your only option is to do it all yourself.

did not say that there are good, the contrary is an excellent work, I just want to understand better its structure, and also will be looking at them again.
excuse me its what I quoted gave that impression

In which case, I agree. I am also keen to see Vormavs' promised documentation to those dlls under WinDoze. XD But I also know he is keen for me to pull my finger out on an incomplete development I shared recently, and *everyone* is impatient for us to achieve more than we can afford the time to devote. :wink:

Good evening, I'm Vormav your files using the very same windows, thank you very much for your help, now is to develop systems for mysql

thank you very much
