Help with Xamp

I put al the roseonline CMS stuff in Xamp htdocs folder, and run xamp but when i go to localhost nothing appears!!! HELP!!!

EDIT: Ive forwarded port 80, put firewalls down and Rebooted computer and router.

Did you fill out the config with the right settings?
