make sure your mysql is connected...and your pass word and username in your ini files are good

i had the same problem last day...and know what ? I forgotten to launch easyphp (apache+mysql) ^^

Or you should read on your worldserver.ini to check mysql section ^^

am I spinning my tires when I say that caali server files are no longer supported here?

this is a mysql question meaning check mysql site for the answer. Its not that hard. Just because you get an error on your server doesn't mean you look here first.
