[HELP] WOW Warp NPC

Hey guys ... I have been searching for ages ... and cant find out how 2 make a warp npc I made lots of portals but theyr useless when u want 1 item for 10 different portal locations :s ... I know if I want to make this I need 2 make a DLL file and I dont know how 2 make it ... can someone please help me ? ... this would be appreciated alot ...
