btw. this forum is for help, so...
Make sure that every service is running, command. service cabal status, if not then run it again.
If that wont help put these commands in linux:
service cabal stop
rm -f /var/log/cabal/*
service cabal start
then, go to folder /var/log/cabal and post us here a ChatNode, DBAgent and WorldSvr_01_01 logs.

but still cant login, the cabal client say : need to restart the game to receive the new updates

how to fix that.?

go on SQL Account > Tables > dbo.cabal_client_version_table (Right Click) > Edit Top 200 Rows > 396 change to 374 if your cabalmain is v374

on server side go on LoginSvr_01 and find this row >>> client_version=369 to 374
