What are the other programs that blocks msql and apache? i dont have any MYSQL installed and no skype too... can someone plz give some tips on this? so i can run the stand alone servers...
 
I captured the running process on my machine... Is there something in there running that blocks my standalone server? which makes the mysql-nt.exe and apache cannot run?
