Housekeeping 404's

my housekeeping was working when I first starting using revcms but 2 days later I logged on and went to housekeeping now it goes to 404? Does anyone know why this would happen? It would be a great help if someone could fix this. My moderators need it.

I know do you use IIS Or Xampp ? The problem is not all Housekeepings match with IIS..
