How can i make a RoseOnline private server

I have a Question: How can i make a Rose online private server i search everywhere but i still cant find it.
can u guys give me links or Explain how i can make a server ??
i hope u guys answer my question soon

It depends which server you want to make, iRose, or Evolution.
