How do I make the wing appear in the frontal position on the Dragon?

I am trying to put wings on the Dragon, but when it is stopped in the frontal position, the wing disappears.One person told me that it should be changed in pvt, but I don't know how it works. Can someone help me? :

A method without changing files up is to find any cape group file which displays your back accessory while facing forward and use it's pivot ID.

Probably no capes but I know at some point kTO added wings in the cape group so I would just extract all the nori files and hunt it down.
