How does cracking the Habbo SWF work?

Alright, noob question but I've been reading and finding out about RSA and RC4 keys and what not. So my question being how does cracking the client work, what is removed/fixed/updated when cracking the SWF?

From what I can understand, cracking the SWF removes domain protection from the SWF, but I'm unsure of what those RSA and RC4 keys are?

With that being said, so far I have downloaded the sulkadasm tool but I don't know what else I'd need. I do remember finding a thread (I think on another forum) how to get the packet ID's from the SWF? If someone doesn't mind teaching me that'd be amazing!
