How i can connect Client to server

Pls help me, i can't connect my client to server.
I use server athena 817 txt
client is kro 0127 and Sark 0127
I can go screen clien and show table login . I wirte id and pass but erro is
"Disconnect from server"
Help me pls? Where is bug, and what i can do?

either you forgot to forward your ports, or in your athena config you put it wrong. or you havent turned on your charserver, login server, and mapserver.

Maybe ur map-server cant connect to char-server thats what im experiencing now or you did not edited the sclientinfo.xml to your client

here is the default sclientnfo code:

yea.. probably u din forward ur port or you din put the ip correctly
if you use the pc ip 127.0.0.1 with ur hosting comp.. it will works also.

Ok first, these thing are really Ducking old...The lastest official release of eAthena was RC5, and they release SVN stable for the moment...and the lastest Client is 0628...man get the new thing
