Net Speed Will matter only for ur ACP loading for others,
Coz ingame, Ur Net speed matters only @ work of LS LA ZA, WHich helps to login the char ingame.
After char logs in, His gameplay experience depends on ur PC.
Ur RAM Should be more than 2 GB..
