1. All of those questions have bene answered before. Many many times.

2. You will completely destroy your server if you keep trying things like this without actually understanding how cabal works. Half of your skills (combo, aura, bike/board, nation) come from class quests. Skipping these quests is NOT a good idea as your next question will be how to re-add all the stuff you skipped, which will be well beyond your skills. Why people want to skip the entire game is beyond me.

Sheer laziness. I can halfway understand wanting to have an option for Nation and maybe rank upgrades beyond Class 11. Nation takes forever even on PServers due to the quests and once you reach rank 11 there are no real rewards like skills, or abilities. I wouldnt recommend going beyond rank 18-19 tho, anything more and you are seriously overpowering the players Battle Modes and destroying buffs. Unless you purposely want to imbalance your server that is ^_^
