How to backup MSSQL before reinstalling XP Mir2

Hi all iv got to reinstall xp on my server pc so i need to know how to back mssql up any tips will be gr8

copy one of ur access databases then open mssql and right click on table and select backup and do the same basically as restore.. and select the copy of ur accessdb

if you are using MSSQL open up enterprise manager, (Local) go down to management, then database maintenance plans,(right click, new maintenance plan) and follow the wizard there, along the wizard there is an option for how many backups to keep, as well as other helpful options. and also how frequently to perform the plan, ect
