What do you mean the Thor Launcher is missing? It's missing in your Computer or the Download Link is missing? Because i just tried downloading the file and it's working. There's also no virus in it.

make sure all tools is in folder and the patch your saving is corect/ making patch = patch folder/data/etc

in your thor config, make sure you put the right one about game parameter before you embed the config to the launcher, default paramter for ran is "/app_run" without quotes
did you by any chance change those default parameter?
