Can try to register a QQ account through support from found Chinese friends on some platform(I dont have them) or the chat support which did not respond to me (wechat one)/ the QQ support only turned on the AI bot (which sent me, of course, to a link where it seemed like it was possible to submit an application and have a person(real human) review it, but there you need a Chinese mainland number).

,and regist a weibo account by your phone number, its can use any country phone number
so you login weibo app. found scan the QR code button, scan the baidu QR code you can login baidu by this way.
if you can not regist baidu by your phone number you can try it.

You need to create a baidu account, not a wechat account. You don't need to have a weixin(wechat) account to create it (although you can log in using this). I've already explained how to create it (check upper). However, it's advisable to have a wechat account (for logging into the apps, sites (like google acc yk), communicating with Chinese people, and more). QQ also can be used for logging and communication, but moreover it's the only thing accepted in wegame.
