Mu Mobile How to enter Server Dungeon

Hello Guys !
I'm try to install Mu Origin Mobile from HHExtreme, but got some error
1. Server Dungeon can't enter or create party. It's say The Server is Crowded
2. How to reset remaining claim in Level up Event New Server .

And edit IP on database also open port for cross?
