How to fix Lost Saga Billing server & game server problem

You need compatible Configs for billingsvr

I open the server(Lost saga) but billing server and game server crashed and shutdown
Here my server logs

Actually Game server can't connect billing server so shutdown

can someone give me the solution?

I dont know if this the right answer but i fix that problem by changing TestMode=0 to TestMode=1 on .ini file
