Do you atleast have SQL server installed :S?

Use 127.0.0.1 instead of that 192.168.0.20. Make sure you have odbc set up correctly (windows authentication) and that you run the server files as Administrator.

Indeed.

Also, most of those double-quotes can be empty if you're hosting everything on the same machine. It just adds an extra place to screw up if you fill them all unnecessarily.
