How To Give items to new character! Automatic!

Hello guys,

I used this guide for giving item to new created chatacer:

i maked all this what you see in this guide, but when i create a new character didnt changed!
Only the starter items here on inventory! and i didnt know why... If any1 can help pls teach me thanks!!

Server01>>programmability>>stored procedures>>> dbo.cabal_sp_newchar or smth like this and modify Line InventoryData but u must know item id and other things in hex ex. hp potion 0x24a10005a001000 u can modify it like this InventoryData + 0x"item u want in inventory in hex" then f5, this way u have all start items and one more new item without delete default start items, u can add like this all items at start.
