How to implement cars to any version?

Hi guys I need help. I want to start my own server with my friends for version less than 0.60, cuz I don't like it, I want to do server with version 0.59 with 0.45 source addons. I know how to setup server, but I want to implement cars from Arma like it is on most server. Can you help me how to do it? Thanks.
