you will have to learn how to config a VPS, how to config apache and php, etc. If your website isn't done i recommend you to use xampp in your localhost/personal computer to make your website before paying a VPS.

Thx For Help CompaQ but i know that what is in this toturial i just dont know how to install anything in kimsufi cuz when im install win server on it and try instal sql its go offline every 30min but its nvm now time kimsufi is over now i will buy form soyoustart its better one hoost
