I found the VVIP status in the table of StatusEffectGroupInfo, but there is no data to control the VVIP's times of Instance..
Which master can show me How to modify the VVIP's times of Instance?

As far as I know you can manually make a new account and add the amount of vvip you want by pushing vvip item.
Of course in this way you can't reduce it but still suit your needs

heroes-tables-dbo.HomecafeBonus -> delete whichever row you need. Removes vvip or vip.
