I can't play my ran offline!

When i open the game.exe it always says
"Internet Connection Failed"
Exit RAN?
but i have already change the ip on param.cfg and param.ini to 127.0.0.1
help!!!

I know that's why i put /run app

the problem is i don't know how to fix "Internet Disconnected" problem when i'm in the server selection
