i need eps 3 server files full with Tutorial

hello guys , i wanna play a ran eps 3 on my own pC ( offline ) i have been try the Guide here but that was not full Tutorial , ..

I have a ran immunity for client .

can someone share a complete server files with editor and tutorial for ep3 in offline mode ??

i'm using win 7 home premium.

why not , u make ep4 its much easy, in other word Perfect for Newbie
if wan play offline easy just change ip 127.0.0.1 in server cfg

yeah , i try it but i can't find the server cfg file .. can someone give me the link to download a comlete server files ??
