IIS 7 problem

Hey,

I got atm a problem with iis 7
This is what i see from my own computer


From my vps i see this:


I got RevCMS and with xampp its just working - this happens only with IIS 7
i know the problem: /index is not locating to: content/tpl/styles/habbo/index.php

Anyone know how to fix this?
