increase xp/sp rate?

How do I do this, I tried a few .conf files in gamed and it either did nothing, or would't let me connect

I tried that, it wouldn't let me connect after I edited that.. or am I missing something..?

ptemplate and elements.data depends on what you think is better! Your choice.

I edited it to 200 and it would not let me connect on that, I don't know why. I'll check in elements then I guess
