Increasing max level

Hi,

I have followed this guide http://forum.ragezone.com/f724/increasing-maximum-level-995155/ perfectly and I am increasing my max level from 175 to 300, I did all what's listed in there, re-built source and made the new datasubs etc, restarted world server, but still max level is 175 ..
What could be the problem?
