IncUpdate HELP

when i try to build my SERVER FILES

i got launcher.exe and launcher.urc

but when i install the exe why need launcher.urc?

what should i do??

just create .bat as launcher and use bat to .exe converter that what i did well it will not show GUI but it launch it
