ingameshop help

i have data in "ingameshop" table on server but in the game no had anything ?
how to fix that ?

() how ro add toll -> look in NAvicat -> al_server_ls (Loginserver) -> Tables -> open Account_data -> scroll to the right, last coloum (toll)

but i wont make ingameshop, the setting in ingameshop is true and by launcher i have -ingameshop
The button für ingameshop is ingame i see it, but when i click this nothing happens
any1 can say me what is wrong there?

tested with lanuage eng and ingameshop fix from Dwarfpicker is the same prob

Can klick the button for shop but nothing happens - no window open :/
the \client_strings_override.xml works fine thx

what can i do where is the problem
false and true is the same effect
i dont understand this :/
by version 2.7 shop was working and now 4.0 no working ingameshop
