Instance help with MaNGOS 2.0.10

Hey all.

How can i edit items ? You see me and some friends want to make Molten Core,Blakc wing Lair, Onyxia much harder and that the bosses drop tier 4 and 5. Anyone know how to do this? ( i want to do this since Outland isnt spawned ) Or if somone know how to get outland spawned thats even better

Is that all of outland or just some parts??, because hellfire and kharazhan is alredy spawned And how do i make it work, the file oyu linked me, btw Thank you
