Internet Is Disconnected

guys after i reformating my pc this is what happen to my server
INTERNET IS DISCONNECTED i double check my PARAM, and CFG files
many times and it's same to my HAMACHI IP all my SQL database and ODBC
is all set but why my client is INTERNET IS DISCONNECTED can you help me
