Item breakage logs

hi does anyone know where the logs for item breakage are? players claim their items break when upgrading with sprotect and i have no logs to trace back and restore item and i dont want to just go on their word. surely flyff have a procedure for this?

All items got a serial if im not wrong, try to look in logging database and log parts.
