Well, if you know basic PHP with tables and such.
(For Paypal) Make an IPN code, where they donate and get "Credits", depending on how much they donate (Your preference).
Then have a Online Item shop, where they can buy things and it takes away how many Credits it cost from their balance, and executes a code and sends it to the server giving them the item in game.

@DrBlowFish: This is not step by step (PHP with tables and such???!?!!?), when this guy means step by step he really mean that. So spoonfeed the guy, meaning you have to even chew his food. Conclusion, nobody is going to help this guy or maybe some no-life guy.
@raymond: Gain some knowledge first. Learn HTML, CSS and PHP. Then come back or maybe not if you learned well, because then you can do such things without asking for a spoonfed tutorial.
