the characters look better, but you should add in some different colors that go good with blue, cause its kinda plainish with all that blue

Thanks v4 still is under work so i haven't decided to tell any one but i guess i have to now

I don't like the design. It's too clashy and pixelized. Also, nothing works. It's just a design at the moment, not a CMS.

That's cause it's just the design o.o i haven't finished before commenting on v4 please let me dev it more

I don't like the design. It's too clashy and pixelized. Also, nothing works. It's just a design at the moment, not a CMS.

i think you must focus yourself on your scripting an layout is easly replaced.
becouse i look at it and i think you can do things different and easier

like the buynx and expfix... dont use everthime a seperated login box make a login and check on the page if the user is logged in otherwise redirect it to the login page its much easier and you dont have to write the login everythime again

example

if( isset( $_SESSION['UserIsLoggedin'] ) == TRUE )
{
 // ok, he is logged in have fun
}
else
{
  // go to login page 
}

also make sure that you dont make the whole page again and again
but work with includes / functions

But certainly dont stop developing it its a good learning process just keep up the good work

If you are still working on this here's a hint, remove the black bg, remove the useless gradients, make sure the colors match, and don't have random chunks located wherever you want.

As i look at your latest updates, i must say that there are still some things you must work on...

Black BG - Gone [Good]
Ehm... the navbar... its blocky... give it more feel, don't have it seperated by whiteness.
The other parts... still blocky, not getting a feel from it
the buttons need to be the same size to give it a good feel.

good improvement though, you went from horribly blocky to semi blocky
