Hey guys, not much of you know BeatScript aka Korz, he's a mate of mine who created this website called KorzDev with some good index and register designs posted. Here is the link to view the gallery and download. Even though the website is in french it is pretty easy to understand:

He "used to" he didnt release them all. There's a lot more on his website which are lovely. Just letting people aware that there are good designs out there.
