What's missing is the serverside .ase of the map and the server.exe (+ other server files).

Sidi, please stop saying stuff you don't know. You dont need server side .ases, you can copy an old one and rename it into the new map's name. Also, all you have to do is add a pointer in the right section and add it at the end so you can go to that map, on the server.
