I think everyone know how to use it XD but here, for the ... people
Tutorial:
Rightclick on PKED.exe. -> Open.
File -> Open File.
Select E.pk/Config.pk. If you're going to open pk files from int, then you have to click on "new crypt".
Doubleclick on the file you want. Sometimes you have to click more times...
