You're not going to be able to run on v.59 until there's a localhost that allows you to do so. Otherwise the normal maple client will keep crashing you. Right now the latest one you can use is the v.58 source, there's threads with it somewhere here I'm sure.

@boxer: The latest Lily Revision (Rev.14) is v.59.
@zero: Search. There's quite a few threads/links to the WZ Xmls. Either v.55 or v.58 will work. As for your .bat errors, do you have all of the .jar files in your Java folders?
@bigwilly: Double check your password, and make sure that your db.properties matches your lily database.

Unfortunately yes. You can't use a v.59 source without a v.59 localhost. :sad: The .bat + regular maple client method only results in the IP-check inside of Maplestory.exe kicking you off shortly after it's launched.

I can get to character selection and then it freezes. T_T
I have my loopback setup and it still won't work correctly.

it just said loession with 52.192.113.25 open.

so basically we cant use this on v.59 because there is no localhost for v.59.. if not what else can we do?
some one make a tut for v.58 becuz ppl sseem to have problems with v58

lol help? I put the right username and password in my db.properties file and its doing that error

Well, I had this same problem as well, Acrylic and Matthias changed the DB name in your db.properties from OdinMS to Lily

url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/odinms

url=jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/lily

Just change Lily to OdinMS, or create a new database, name it Lily and execute the Lily.sql​

Can't yet. It hasn't been fixed.

As I said earlier, this is for testing purposes.

The source is still buggy, you'll have to wait until Acrylic gets back to work on it. Everyone is going to have this problem until he implements an update. Just be patient.

or get titanms rev 43 xD and play for a while ( still not stable cuz needs more drops and npcs but still good xD)

Lulz. I just need an extracted string.wz for v59 and then it will work.
Why wait for him to fix it when you can try by yourself?

Well hopefully that solves the problem. But up until now, no other string.wz seemed to matter.

Edit: You may be right. Even after commenting out hide to see if that would be a potential fix, the channel server is still trying to access strings that aren't available. I wonder why they changed the IDs for the GM jobs.
