Locater problems

When i try to open locater nothing happens and i configured it properly. when i look at the log i see

MLocatorDBMgr::StartUpLocaterStauts - Could not find stored procedure 'spStartUpLocatorStatus'.

MLocator::Create - DB

Set the config for Locator in DB also (LocatorStatus.dbo)

it turned out it was beingblocked by avg
