Hello,

I have recently started my first server, and my experience with this is pratically 0. To create the server I have followed some guides which explained how to create GM accounts. Thus, me and my friends can connect to my server using these GM accounts without problems (well... almost without problems :D:)

Anyway, now I want to create normal user accounts to test things like a normal player. After some research and checking up some game CP register codes, it looks like I just have to insert an entry in the tbl_rfaccount table from RF_USER database. So, I proceed to execute the following SQL query:

Code:
INSERT INTO [RF_USER].[dbo].[tbl_rfaccount]
           ([id]
           ,[password]
           ,[accounttype]
           ,[birthdate])
     VALUES
           (CONVERT(binary,'[COLOR=#ff0000]login[/COLOR]')
           ,CONVERT(binary,'[COLOR=#ff0000]password[/COLOR]')
           ,[COLOR=#0000ff]0[/COLOR]
           ,'01/01/1980')

where 'login' and 'password' are self-explanatory. Also, I have tried different values for the account type (the one in blue: I tried 0, 1 and 2). For every combination, I just get this error when I try to login:

Wrong Account input

But I don't know why I get this error since I can find the corresponding entry in the database.

Am I doing something wrong here? I would really appreciate some help

Thanks!

=== EDIT:
Forgot to mention that I already typed "/open" in the login server!

yes, we are able to connect with our gm accounts
by the way, we changed the region in zone server files from RU to US so cash shop could work, but the region in account and login files are still RU because the launcher would not work with these edited to US ( launcher from zagomillo)

Thank you for all you replies, guys

With likertuban and angelics' replies I tried to insert again again into the tbl_RFTestAccount table. In fact, I used angelics' query. And turns out it worked perfectly this time!

But as I said before, I DID try it before. But the id that I inserted before started with an exclamation mark (it was '!user001'). This time, I tried without the exclamation mark and it worked. So, I suppose normal users cannot have this kind of ponctuation in the id. But the weird part is that some of my GM accounts actually have the exclamation mark! So I don't know... maybe the constraints for these tables are different

Anyway, problem solved. Thanks again for your help :):
