Login Screen Welcome MSG

Hello.
I would like to add/change text while you are putting Login/Password on login screen to "Welcome to (NAME)". (It's above those before login, not after login while going to Character select.)
Can anyone tell me where can I find it? Was looking here and in files but didn't find it.
