Logo URL only linking at the bottom

On my site the logos URL is only linking at the bottom for some odd reason.

I really need your help on this its been puzzling me for days now.

also, to add the brand as image, use css ("background-image") on ".header_brand" instead of any "img" tag.

I think they just didn't wanted to help , because it's way too basic. You see people say "learn the basics" first , before you do anything else.
