Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. IF you have a licence, then you should post on the Otaku forums they will probably be able to supply you with the database more quickly.

Their forums actually lack quite a bit of support for the licensed users. But, if you're looking into getting your own working retro installed and hosted for you, you could consider using our services (in my signature) where we make, install and host you a retro where you get full access to and fully updated.
