Looking for a tutorial of language pack installation

Hi, I’m currently have a server that running english version of PW, but my friend isn’t good at english so they would like to change the language to Vietnamese. How do I do that? Thanks a lot.

it's manual work, there is no patch, you would need to update multiple files, files i can think of now:
configs.pck/surfaces.pck/interfaces.pck/tasks.data/elements.data/info/help/gshop data files/aipolicy.data
