Looking for Server Files and Client

I'm looking for any working server files and client for Tales of Pirates game.
Will be awesome if it would be a TOP2 files but TOP1 would be ok too.

I would be grateful.

Yeah, I know that is closed.
But people has got files, a long time ago, so maybe they have it still.
I would like to run it offline on local pc.
