i can't wear any items in game it says "Low Skill Level" how to fix it??

if its for custom gear for say 70 noobie u need to edit ur masterys server side then do it client side in character.edf b4 u will be able to use them

noobie if u want i can upload character edf with pts and levels all done upto lvl 100 from my unfinished AzureGamez Project if ur runnning 223

change all of your PT in character EDF to 99 ,it works
